We currently serve with Assemblies of God World Missionaries as Team Leaders for the Healthy Pastor and Healthy Church initiative in South Africa.
We live in Pretoria, South Africa.
Our assignment finds us working with the church via reaching, teaching, planting and serving with a focus on healthy pastor and healthy church so that there will be a healthy church within walking distance of everyone in South Africa.
The Mission of our national church partner, the International Assemblies of God (IAG): To be a leading Pentecostal Church anchored in missions.
The Vision of the IAG: The IAG exists to establish healthy missional churches that will influence the communities around them and beyond with the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.
Partnering with the IAG leadership Kirk and Marlene lead a team of missionaries whose goal is to assist the IAG in fulfilling their mission and vision. This will be accomplished through relationship building, local church leadership development via seminars, leadership coaching and helping design local church discipleship. Kirk and Marlene assist national leadership, local churches and pastors to help accomplish their ministry visions and goals, specifically working towards healthy pastors and healthy churches that multiply. They also teach in the Bible school some.
